Behind HappyLife Crate
Hello and welcome! I'm Cierra, a small-town gal from Kentucky with a love for all things colorful and floral. As the ringmaster of my own circus, I wrangle four adorable kiddos, including my husband, who’s the biggest kid of them all. Give me anything spicy or a steaming bowl of soup, and I’m in foodie heaven.
My floral obsession began in the late '90s when I first laid eyes on a Vera Bradley purse; fast forward to today, and HappyLifeCrate was born!
I created Happy Life Crate because I know what it feels like to be obsessed with all the beautiful, joyful, colorful things—and to not always see that reflected in the world around you. This box is for women who don’t want beige. Who aren’t afraid of bold. Who light up when something floral catches their eye and think, "That is so me."

Our goals are simple
At Happy Life Crate, our goal is to create a space where women like you feel seen, celebrated, and surrounded by joy. If you’ve ever squealed over a floral notebook, gasped at a bold pattern, or nearly cried in Target because a mug was just so dang perfect—you’re our kinda people.
We created this box for the women who don’t do beige. The ones who still believe florals are a lifestyle, not just a season. The ones who light up when something colorful catches their eye and think, “That is so me.”

Frequently asked questions
When will my box ship?
Boxes will ship out on the 15th each month, sometimes sooner. If the 15th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, your box will ship out on Monday or the following buisness day.
How will I be billed?
When you place your order, you’ll be charged for your first box right away. After that, you’ll be billed on the 1st of each month for subsequent box deliveries.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes! We will definitely miss you but we understand that life happens. You can cancel or pause your subscription whenever you’d like. Log into your account or send us an email at mybox@happylifecrate.com. If your payment has already been processed, the cancellation will affect the following box.
Please note – cancellations or pause requests must be received before your billing date (1st of the month) or you will be charged for the following month.
Can I return my box or get a refund?
Any box that has already been billed is not refundable or returnable. However, we will do our best to accomodate our subscribers any way we can.
Is there a cutoff date in order to get the upcoming box?
Yes! In order to get the upcoming box you must subscribe by the 1st. For Example, to get the December box, you must subscribe by December 1st.
