Behind HappyLife Crate
Hello and welcome! I'm Cierra, a small-town wife and moma from good ol' Kentucky.
I created Happy Life Crate because I know what it feels like to be obsessed with all the beautiful, joyful, colorful things—and to not always see that reflected in the world around you.
I didn’t start Happy Life Crate because the world needed another subscription box. I started it because I needed it. Something fun. Something beautiful. Something that didn’t make me feel like I had to shrink or match some “aesthetic."
Our goals are simple
At Happy Life Crate, our goal is to create a space where women like you feel seen, celebrated, and surrounded by joy. If you’ve ever squealed over a colorful notebook, gasped at a bold pattern, or nearly cried in Target because a tumbler was just so dang perfect—you’re our kinda people.

When will my box ship?
​
Boxes will ship out on the 15th each month, sometimes sooner. If the 15th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, your box will ship out on Monday or the following buisness day.

How will I be billed?
​
When you place your order, you’ll be charged for your first box right away. After that, you’ll be billed on the 1st of each month for subsequent box deliveries.

Can I cancel, skip or pause my subscription?
​
Yes! We will definitely miss you but we understand that life happens. You can cancel, skip or pause your subscription whenever you’d like. Log into your account or send us an email at mybox@happylifecrate.com. If your payment has already been processed, the cancellation will affect the following box.
Please note – cancellations or pause requests must be received before your billing date (1st of the month) or you will be charged for the following month.

Can I return my box or get a refund?

Any box that has already been billed is not refundable or returnable. However, we will do our best to accomodate our subscribers any way we can.

Is there a cutoff date in order to get the upcoming box?
​
Yes! In order to get the upcoming box you must subscribe by the 1st. For Example, to get the December box, you must subscribe by December 1st.
