Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a subscription?
No. The Holiday Gift Box is a one-time purchase. You'll be charged once at checkout and never again.
I already subscribe. Is this part of my monthly box?
No, it's a separate purchase and ships separately from your monthly crate. Your subscription stays exactly the same.
When do pre-orders close?
Thursday, October 22. After that, the Holiday Gift Box won't be available.
Why pre-order?
We order product based on pre-orders, so ordering now is how we guarantee your crate. Once pre-orders close, there are no restocks.
Can I order more than one?
Absolutely. Check one off for everyone on your list, and one for you.
Can I choose different prints or swap items?
Every crate in a tier is the same coordinated collection, so swaps aren't available. That's what makes it easy: we've already done the matching for you.
When will it ship?
All Holiday Gift Boxes ship November 19, with plenty of time before the holidays. You'll get a tracking email as soon as yours is on its way.
How much is shipping?
$9 flat-rate per crate.
Can I ship it straight to the person I'm gifting?
Yes. Just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.
Will they see what I paid?
No. Prices aren't included in the box.
Can I include a gift note?
Yes, You will be prompted to at checkout
Does it come wrapped?
Every crate arrives in our signature plaid gift box, so it's ready to hand over or tuck under the tree. No wrapping paper needed.
Is this authentic Lilly Pulitzer?
Yes. Every piece is genuine Lilly Pulitzer, purchased through wholesale channels.
Do all the pieces match?
They coordinate rather than match exactly. The tote and toiletry organizer are both in Maggie's Bouquet, and the card case wristlet, scrunchies, and tumbler pull from the same pink-and-green color story.
What if an item is unavailable?
If a piece becomes unavailable, we'll replace it with a Lilly Pulitzer item of equal or greater value.
Can I return it?
Because every crate is ordered specifically for pre-orders, all Holiday Gift Box sales are final. If anything arrives damaged, email us and we'll make it right.
I have another question.
We'd love to help! Reach out at "Contact" at the top of the page and we'll get back to you.
